Refund policy
All our products are non-returnable due to the hygiene, health, and personal care/wellness nature of the items. This policy does not affect replacements for defects, incorrect shipments, or other shipping errors. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict returns and refunds policy. We maintain a zero-tolerance returns policy for any and all products that have been removed from their original packaging.
We will only accept a return if the product(s) is brand new, sealed, and has not been taken out of its original packaging. If your product is brand new and has not been opened, we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for any and all shipping costs required for the return of your product(s) to our warehouse.
Upon return, all products are inspected by our warehouse team before your store credit is issued. We do not offer exchanges on our products. Products returned to us in a condition that does not meet our returns policy will not be eligible for store credit and will be disposed of.
To begin the returns process, please email us at contact@nightyknights.shop with your order number and photos of the brand new product(s) you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@nightyknights.shop.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items).
