What is my size?

Please refer to the individual size guide attached to each product. All products are measured flat. Please keep in mind that measurements may vary by up to 2cm.

How can I wash my NK clothes?

For better longevity, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours and turn garments inside out before washing. Treat snaps gently to avoid damage. Avoid bleach. Dry on low heat. Ironing is not advised. Skip dry cleaning.

Tell me more about shipping! Do you offer discreet shopping?

We currently use standard shipping. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging NK Scott reassures you that you have nothing to worry about!

I can't wait for my NK package! Where is it?

We are so excited for you to see our NK products! Delivery time may take 10-20 business days though individual countries may vary.

Are there possible Import Duties / Tax / VAT and associated fees?

All orders are shipped from PRC, some local charges may apply when the package has reached the destination country. This can include customs or import duties and they are to be paid by the recipient. Nighty Knights cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information, policies vary between countries.

What can I do if my package was delivered damaged?

Oh no! We're sorry that your package was delivered damage. Please email us at contact@nightyknights.shop with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged or defective product.

Our products are designed for personal care, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been opened. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

with your order number and mandatory photos of the unopened items. Returns sent without prior authorisation can’t be accepted. You’re also welcome to reach out to us anytime with questions about returns.
